ATA did an outstanding job with our new home project. We met with quite a few builders during the research stage of the project and ATA was by far the best! They were always organized, super accommodating, and very professional. Because we owned family land in a fairly rural area we struggled to come up with a set of plans that met the bank's standards during the appraisal process. Just when we thought we were going to have to stall the project, ATA came through with not only a design that appraised where we needed it to but also met ALL of our needs and wants. The job site was always well kept and the house is truly well built. You can tell that true craftsmen built our home. I would highly recommend ATA to anyone even considering building. We owned a large piece of land and wished to build our home in the center on a windy granite dome at .4 miles from the main road with only a logging road as access. We were having difficulty finding a building company that would work with us on the house we custom designed. Some won’t return our calls, others just gave us quotes off the top of their heads. Once we started working with ATA, our voices were finally heard. They worked tirelessly in keeping the budget in check, giving us multiple options and interacting with the town on obtaining the timely permits. They broke ground in Feb. and we moved in on Sept. 4th. Their work crew was thoughtful and considerate and cleaned up after themselves every day, which was difficult in our windswept location. The sign of a good builder is how unforeseen issues arriving after final payment are dealt with. These problems were solved quickly and honestly. We are pleased to have found such a competent building company and highly recommend them. If you want to see their work, you are more than welcome to see our home and its wonderful view.

I would like to say ATA Construction built my custom home in Rindge and they did an outstanding job. They were a pleasure to work with and the quality of our house has been outstanding.
